What we collect, why, and for how long
Version 2026-11-06 · last updated 6 November 2026.
- We collect only what we need to run the service, take payments and prevent fraud.
- Stripe handles your card. We never see the full card number.
- We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
- Ask us and we'll delete your game login within 7 days.
1. Who is responsible
Sentinel Throne, runs Sentinel Throne and decides how this data is used. Contact: support@sentinelthrone.com or #support in our Discord server.
2. What we collect
- From this website: your Discord user id, username and avatar (from the Discord login), whether you're in our server, your plans and their dates, and a record of each login and purchase step with its IP address and browser. This includes when you agreed to the terms, which version, and from which IP address.
- From payments: Stripe handles your card and email. We receive the plan, amounts and dates, plus the card's brand, last 4 digits, country and a fingerprint (a code that recognises the same card again, used against fraud). We never see or store the full card number.
- From using the service in Discord: your Discord id and roles, the commands you use (their names, not what you type), the game accounts you link, when automations start and stop, and the boards, lists and alerts we post for you.
- For Automated: the login of each game account you link (email, password and the sign-in token the game gives back), the details needed to sign in to it, its game id and name, and the game data needed to run it. See section 4.
- For PvE and PvP: public game information about players and the map (names, clans, castle positions, shields, monsters) and the lists you build.
3. Why we use it
- To provide what you bought: giving your roles, running the service and showing your account page.
- To keep the service safe, and to prevent and answer fraud and payment disputes.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or build marketing profiles.
4. Your game logins (Automated)
- You only give us a game login through the
/logincommand in your own private channel. We will never ask for your game password by direct message, in a public channel or in a support conversation. If someone does, it isn't us: don't answer, and tell us. - We keep the login on our server, with access limited to the service that uses it.
- We only use it to sign in to that game account and run the features you start. We never give it to anyone; it is only sent to the game's own servers when signing in.
- Ask us in #support or by email and we'll delete a game login within 7 days. When you stop using Automated, it's a good idea to change that game account's password.
- If we ever find out that logins were exposed, we'll tell the affected customers quickly.
5. Who else handles data for us
- Stripe (payments, receipts and the billing portal) and Discord (login, roles and messages), each under its own privacy policy.
- The providers that host the service and carry our email and network traffic. They only process data to run the service for us.
- The game's own servers, which see the game traffic of the accounts you link.
When we answer a payment dispute, we share payment, agreement and usage records with Stripe, the card networks and your bank (see the Terms, section 12).
6. Data outside your country
Your data is processed in the United States. For customers in the UK and EU, our providers use the legal safeguards for this, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Payments and your agreements to the terms: 7 years after the purchase (business, tax and consumer-law records).
- Login, purchase and usage records: 24 months (payment disputes can come many months after a charge).
- Website logs (IP address, page, time): a short time, then deleted or overwritten.
- Game logins: until you ask us to delete them (section 4).
- Your plans and account page: while you have a plan, then for the periods above.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at support@sentinelthrone.com. We answer within one month. We may keep records the law requires, or that we need for an open payment dispute, until that's over. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
9. Cookies
We only use cookies we need: one that keeps you logged in (7 days) and a short-lived one that protects the Discord login. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there's nothing to accept and no cookie banner.
10. Children
The service is not for anyone under 13, and under-18s need a parent or guardian's agreement. If you think a child under 13 has given us data, tell us and we'll delete it.
11. Security
The website uses HTTPS, payments happen on Stripe's own pages, and access to our servers and data is restricted.
12. Changes
When this policy changes, the version and date at the top change. We announce important changes in our Discord server.
